      本研究观察了生、熟三七对大白鼠实验性高脂血症血脂水平的影响,发现经高温处理的三七(熟三七)能促使高脂饲料喂养的大白鼠血清胆固醇、甘油三酯及β-脂蛋白水平升高,而生三七在一定程度上可减轻其血清胆固醇升高幅度,但降低程度有限。因此认为三七不是一种理想的降脂药物,生、熟三七是否具有其他不同的药理作用,值得进一步研究。
英文摘要:
      Notoginseng(Pseudoginseng)is one of the best Chinese drugs.It is used as hemostatic and anodyne,for eliminating blood stasis and reducing swelling.We studied the effect of dried and prepared notoginseng on the serum lipids,and have found that they differ a great deal in this respect.Prepared Notoginseng,or Notoginseng treated with high temperature,was found to be able to raise serum cholesterol,triglyceride and β-lipoprotein levels of rats fed on high cholesterol and high fat diet,while dried raw Notoginseng able to inhibit the increase of lipids levels to some extent.Notoginseng,therefore,is not a good hypolipidemic.
