      用小鼠造成四种病理模型:甲状腺素型(体内甲状腺素过多):他巴唑型(甲状腺功能抑制):氢考Ⅰ型(肾上腺皮质激素过多);氢考Ⅱ型(肾上腺皮质机能抑制)。以β激动剂造成血浆 cAMP 升高,以 M 胆碱激动剂造成血浆 cGMP 升高,并以助阳药(附子、肉桂),滋阴药(生地、龟板)作实验性治疗。结果表明,甲状腺素型及氢考Ⅰ型 cAMP 系统反应性升高,滋阴药使之改善,他巴唑型及氢考Ⅱ型 cGMP 系统反应性升高或 cAMP 反应性降低,助阳药使之改善。故初步认为前两种属"阴虚"模型,后两种属"阳虚"模型。

      Four types of animal pathological models were established in mice and used in the study of the role of cyclic nucleotides in"Deficiency syndromes"of traditional Chinese medicine. in thyroxin model(produced by subcutaneous injection of L-thyroxin)the peak value of plasma cAMP induced by isoproterenol was significantly higher than that of normal mice,and was further elevated by oral administration of decoction Ⅰ(Radix Aconitin Preparata+Cortex Cinnamomi),but was depressed by decoction Ⅱ(Radix Rehmanniae)and decoction Ⅲ(Radix Rehmanniae+Plastrum Testudinis).In tapazol model(produced by administration of tapazol in drinking water),the peak value of cGMP after injecting carbachol was higher than normal.Decoction Ⅰ decreased this value while decoction Ⅲ increased it. Two types of hydrocortisone models were also used.In type Ⅰ(produced by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone),there was a change of cAMP system.similar to that observed in thyroxin model,together with similar responses to decoction Ⅰ and Ⅲ.In type Ⅱ(produced by withdrawal of hydrocortisone after continuous administration of the drug)the plasma cAMP peak after injecting isoproterenol was lower than normal,and decoction Ⅰ could stimulate the response. Since decoction Ⅰ is effective in treating"Yang insufficiency",and decoction Ⅱ and Ⅲ are effective in treating"Yin deficiency",the above results suggest that the thyroxin model and the type Ⅰ hydrocortisone model belong to"Yin deficiency",the tapazol model and the type Ⅱ hydrocortisone model belong to"Yang deficiency".The above results also suggest that in these models there may be an inbalance between the responses of cAMP system and cGMP system to their respective agonists.
