| 观察20种活血化瘀中药对小鼠肠系膜实验性微循环障碍改善作用的影响,结果表明:红花、莪术、刘寄奴、元胡、五灵脂的作用最好;其次为川芎、益母草、丹皮、没药、山楂、苏木;再次为当归、乳香;最后是丹参、大黄、桃仁,郁金、三棱、赤芍。而鸡血藤却有促进微循环障碍发展作用,有待进一步研究。 |

| Twenty herbs with the action of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis were selected and their effects on obstruction of experimental mesenteric microcirculation in mice studied.The results are as follows:Rhizoma Corydalis is very effective in resisting the stoppage of blood flow(P<0.01),whereas the other herbs are not.Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Flos Carthami,Rhizoma Ligustici Wallichii,Herba Leonuri, Cortex Moutan Radicis,Rhizoma Corydalis,Resina Myrrhae,Fructus Crataegi(P<0.001),Faeces Trogopterorum,Lignum Sappan,Herba Siphonosiegiae(P<0.01).and Rhizoma Zedoariae(P<0.05),were observed to have statistically very significant or significant difference in the action of promoting the recovery of arteriole flow. Rhizoma Zedoariae,Herba Siphonostegiae(P<0.01),Faeces Trogopterorum,Cortex Moutan Radicis, and Rhizoma Corydalis(P<0.05),were observed to have statistically very significant or significant difference in the action of resisting or delaying the contraction time of the arteriole. Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Flos Carthami,Rhizoma Ligustici Wallichii,Herba Leonuri,Cortex Moutan Radicis,Rhizoma Corydalis,Resina Myrrhae,Fructus Crataegi(P<0.001),Faeces Trogopterorum,Lignum Sappan(P<0.01),Resina Olibani,Rhizoma Zedoariae,and Herba Siphonostegiae(P<0.05),showed statistically very significant or significant difference in their action of promoting recovery of local microcirculation.Caulis Spatholob is remarkable for promoting the stopping of local microcirculation and this herb needs further study. |
