| 本文为国内首次报道用放射免疫方法测定老年和老年前期冠心病患者的血浆β-TG 值,结果表明患者的血浆β-TG 水平显著地高于同年龄组正常人。并观察到老年冠心病血瘀证候患者在静脉滴注活血Ⅱ号注射液后血浆β-TG 值有所降低。 |

| Betathromboglobulin(β-TG),a platelet-specific protein,is released from α-granules during platelet activation.Concentration of β-TG in platelet poor plasma were determined using the radioimmunoassay KITs(Amersham corp.)in 50 healthy subjects and 49 patients with CHD.Plasma β-TG(M±SE)is significantly elevated in patients aged over 60(60.76±4.51 ng/ml,n=25),and in patients aged 40-59 (62.33±4.68 ng/ml,n=24),compared with that in normal controls of corresponding age range(42.73±2.42 ng/ml,n=31;37.37±2.99 ng/ml,n=19),P<0.01. Huo Xue No.2 injection which possesses the function of activating the bloodcirculation to eliminate blood Stasis was randomly used in aged patients with CHD and its effect on plasma β-TG was studied.The results showed that the concentration of plasma β-TG decreased from 57.19±7.11 to 49±6.83 ng/ml(n=8, P<0.05)after intravenous infusion of Huo Xuo No.2 injection,while the placebo did not show significant effect on the β-TG level-from 54.31±8.20 to 53.38±8.87 ng/ml(n=8)—after intravenous infusion. |
