| 本文报道使用中药护心丹治疗病态窦房结综合征病人21例。临床症状改善明显。平卧心率、固有心率、阿托品试验及经静脉或经食道心房调搏测定封闭植物神经后SNRT 及 CSNRT,发现口服1～3月后各项指标均有不同程度改善。本文初步讨论了护心丹作用机理。 |

| This article evaluated clinical efficacy of Huxindan(Heart Protection Pill)in 21 patients with symptomatic sick sinus syndrome.All patients were treated with oral therapy for 1-3 months. Electrophysiological studies(transesophageal atrial pacing or transvenous atrial pacing were carried out for each patient before and after medication.Clinical symptoms were found improved after therapy.The heart rate at rest increased from mean 48.3±4.6 to 56.2±5.3 beat/min(P<0.05);intrinsic heart rate incresed from mean 62.3±5.4 to 68.4±7.7 beat/min(P>0.05)heart rate of Atropine test increased from mean 75.1±6.4 to 87.2±10.1 beat/min(P<0.01).The sinus node recovery time(SNRT)after sympathetic and parasympathetic blocking decreased from mean 2640±841 ms to 1908±777 ms(P<0.01).The corrected sinus node recovery time(CSNRT)was significantly reduced from mean 1304±684 ms to 892±314 ms(P<0.01).Huxindan showed a total effective rate of 77% and no obvious side effect. |
