| 同步计测多项血流动力学指标(包括心动问期参数)的结果表明,中医辨证分型不同的高血压病患者,其血液循环机能受损情况,大体上按照从"阴虚阳亢、肝阳上亢为主证型"到"阴虚阳亢,肝肾阴虚为主证型",再到"气阴两虚、心气虚弱为主证型"的次序,而渐趋严重。上述不同证型间,寸口关部脉搏图参数的差异较小。 |

| Hypertensives were grouped under 3 heads after an overall analysis and differentiation of the patients condition according to traditional Chinese medicine:Yang exuberance due to Yin deficiency,marked by hyperfunctioning of the liver(A):Yang exuberance due to Yin deficiency,marked by deficiency of vital essence of the liver and kidney(B);and deficiency of Qi and Yin,marked by deficiency of vital energy of the heart(C).In comparing the hemodynamics and the cardiac systolic and diastolic time intervals of the three groups of patients of the same age-grade(40-49 years and 50-59 years respectively),it was found that the intergroup differences of brachial blood pressure were small and of no significance statistically,the cardiac index and the stroke volume decreased progressively in the order of A,B and C,and,on the other hand,the total peripheral resistance increased gradually in the same order;and ICT,IRP, PEPI and PEP/LVET increased in the same order too.In comparing the parameters of the throe groups of patients with the healthy group(of the same age-grade),it was found that the number of parameters with significant intergroup difference increased in the order of A,B and C.The above results suggested that the cardiovascular functional disturbance became worse progressively in the order of A,B and C.Small intergroup variance of parameters of the radial sphygmogram obtained from the three groups of patients and the healthy group was somewhat different from that of hemodynamics. |
