| 本实验以血浆 cAMP 和 cGMP 为指标,观察了生大黄和酒炖大黄对应激性胃溃疡大鼠植物神经系统功能的影响。结果表明,大鼠由应激造成胃溃疡时,血浆内 cAMP和 cGMP 都降低,而 cGMP 下降更为显著,cAMP/cGMP 比值上升,说明植物神经功能紊乱。而酒炖大黄能显著降低 cAMP/cGMP 的比值,使之接近正常。提示酒炖大黄对应激引起的植物神经功能紊乱有一定的调整作用。 |

| In this study,the plasma cAMP and cGMP were taken as indices to show the activities of sympatho- adrenal medulla and cholinergeric nerve respectively.The effects of raw rheum and rheum stewed with rice wine on the function of vegetative nervous system of normal rats and rats with stress gastric ulcer were observed.The results were as follows:(1)Raw rheum and rheum stewed with rice wine had no effect on the level of cAMP,cGMP and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP in normal group of rats.(2)When gastric ulcer of rats was formed by restraint and being immersed in cold water,both the plasma cAMP and cGMP.especially the latter decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP dramatically increased(P<0.001).It showed that the functions of vegetative nervous system were lowered during experimentation(3)The rheum stewed with rice wine could decrease the ratio of plasma cAMP/cGMP in rats with stress gastric ulcer signifieantly(P<0.01),bringing it back close to the normal level,which showed that rheum stewed with rice wine had certain regulating action on the disturbance caused by stress of vegetative nervous system. |
