:
葛根为豆科葛属植物,全世界约有20多种,主要分布在亚热带的亚洲。我国约10多种,遍布全国,以云南、广西和四川等地为多;以野葛 Pueraria lebata(Willd.)Ohwi 分布最广,资源丰富,含黄酮量最高。中医常用的粉葛 Pueraria thomsonii Benth的黄酮含量较低。在我国,其它品种资源较少,且多为零星分布。葛根含黄酮量除与品种不同有关外,不同的采集期含黄酮量不同,以花期和果期含量最高。
