中文摘要:

本文对440例癌症患者作了血液流变性观察,结果表明82.7%有不同程度呈现血液高粘状态,正常者仅占17.3%。血液高粘状态的严重程度与中医证型、癌转移、活血化瘀治疗等均有一定关系。用芎龙汤治疗226例癌症患者,该方有改善血液高粘状态的作用,其有效率为56.2%。

英文摘要:

In a group of 440 cancer patients,82.7% took at least one abnormal hematorheological test,that is, haematocrit,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,time of the RBC electrophoresis,fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,the abnormal rates were 35.5%,47.5%,21.2%,25.2%,39.2% and 43.3% respectively.The hemostatic trouble seemed to be rather frequent in the whole blood viscosity,and in the patients with gastrointestinal or lung cancer with cachexia.The hyperviscosity could be relieved by"Huo Xue Hua Yu"(activate the blood circulation to eliminate the stasis)therapy,such as Xiong Long Tang(芎龙汤)with an effective rate of 56.2%.
