中文摘要:

对胃癌、直肠癌、肺癌等17种恶性肿瘤患者69例及88例正常人作血清纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)含量测定,结果表明:恶性肿瘤患者组血清中 FDP 值在高含量组中多见。患者血清 FDP 含量的增高,标志着肿瘤患者有止血功能的紊乱,可作为活血化瘀治疗的参考依据。

英文摘要:

The serum FDP was measured in 69 patients with 17 types of cancer,including stomach,lung etc.and normals taken as controls.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the cancer group and the control.Most of the patients with cancer have markedly increased FDP level which indicated disorder of coagulation in these patients.As the"Huo Xue Hua Yu"(Activate blood circulation and remove stasis)drugs can regulate this sort of disorder,it may be considered that they are helpful in the treatment of malignant tumor.
