| 本文介绍活血Ⅱ号注射液治疗急性闭塞性脑血管病147例临床疗效观察,并以低分子右旋糖酐进行对照,两组均以10天为一疗程。活血Ⅱ号组总有效率79.6%,低分子右旋糖酐组总有效率74.7%,P>0.05。活血Ⅱ号组肌力恢复优于低分子右旋糖酐组,P<0.01。 |

| This paper deals with the therapeutic effect of Huo Xue-Ⅱ(HX-Ⅱ)injection in treating 75 cases of acute obliterative cerebrovascular disease compared with that of 41 patients admitted at the same period of time treated with Dextran.The general condition and hemiplegia degree of these two groups were on the whole the same. Therapeutic method:One group treated with 32g of HX-Ⅱ injection in 250-500ml of 5-10% glucose iv,once a day for 10 consecutive days as a course.The other group treated with Dextran 500ml iv once a day for 10 days as a course too.The HX-Ⅱ injection consists of Salvia miltiorrhiza,Paeonia obovata,Ligusticum wallichii,Carthamus tinctorius and Dalbergia oderifera. The total effective rate of HX-Ⅱ group was 79.6%,including 41.5% of basically cured and markedly effective cases.The total effective rate of Dextran group was 74.7%,including 40% of basically cured and markedly effective cases.They were almost the same.In recovering muscular strength,HX-Ⅱ injection proved to be more effective than Dextran. Experimental researches showed that HX-Ⅱ can inhibit thrombus formation and platelet aggregation and improve blood viscosity.These might be due to the therapeutic mechanism of HX-Ⅱ injection. |
