| 用党参五灵脂合剂治疗32例寒饮瘀阻的慢性支气管炎患者,近期有效率为93.75%,显效率为53.13%。32例的血液流变性有着明显异常,普遍存在着血液粘滞、凝聚性增高的状态,同时血中乙酰胆碱含量降低。本合剂有益气活血、温化痰饮的作用,可使全血粘度、血浆比粘度、全血还原比粘度、红细胞压积明显改善,乙酰胆碱含量增高。本合剂具有增强植物神经的调节功能作用。 |

| The mixture of Codonopsis pilosula and Faeces Trogopterori(MCT)has been prepared according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.With MCT we treated and observed 32 patients suffering from chronic bronchitis due to cold and phlegmfluid retention.Hemorheological parametres and concentration of Acetylcholine in the blood were also measured.The hemorheology of 32 eases was remarkably abnormal;the whole blood Viscosity and plasma viscosity in patients were increased;the erythroeyte electrophoresis time in patients was prolonged;and the concentration of Acetylcholine in the blood of patients was decreased. MCT has the effect of replenishing Qi and activating the blood circulation,and warming the cold phlegm.The effective rate of the 32 cases treated was 93.75% with a marked effective rate of 53.13%. The above-mentioned effects of MCT,i.e.replenishing the Qi and activating the blood circulation,improving the state of blood stasis,inhibiting the hyperactivity of bronchial vagus nerve and lowering the reaction to the trachea tract,may be the main reason leading to the recovery of chronic bronchitis. |
