      本文采用大白鼠一次口服大剂量异硫氰酸α-萘酯(ANiT,100mg/kg)作为急性黄疸模型,研究茵陈蒿汤复方中的有效成份对肝损伤的防治效应。实验结果证明茵陈蒿汤能非常显著地降低血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)和谷草转氨酶(SGOT)(P<0.001),对血清胆红素(SB)的作用则较轻微。此外,山栀子的乙醇、正丁醇和三氯甲烷—甲醇三种溶剂的提取物,具有良好的降低血清胆红素、SGPT 和 SGOT 的作用。肝组织病理学观察亦发现有一定的疗效。山栀子的有效成份鉴定为去羟栀子甙(Geniposide)。单味茵陈蒿或大黄的作用则不明显。
英文摘要:
      Yin Chen Hao Tang(茵陈蒿汤,Capillaris combination)is one of the famous prescriptions of Chinese traditional medicine for jaundice.In the present study,we attempted to identify the active principle in this composite prescription,its component herbs,and the isolated compounds extracted from its active herb.Rats poisoned by x- naphthylisothiocyanate(ANiT)to simulate acute jaundice were used as the animal model.The results demonstrated that Capillaris combination decreased significantly the elevated level of transaminases(both GPT and GOT)in serum(P<0.001)and also lowered to less extent the serum bilirubin level caused by ANiT.Gardenia was found to be the active herb while Capillaris and Rhubarb were not effeative in lowering serum transaminases and bilirubin.The active compound was identified as geniposide.
