      以α-异硫氰酸萘酯灌胃引起家兔肝内阻塞性黄疸后30小时,参三七注射液静脉滴注实验组的家兔血清胆红素已降至正常;而对照组至42小时后,胆红素仍为0.71mg,超过正常值两倍以上(P<0.01)。另以大白鼠腹腔麻醉后作胆汁引流,实验组静注两种不同剂量参三七后,胆汁流量均较给药前明显增加(P<0.01和 P<0.05),而对照组胆汁流量反有下降。实验显示本品有消退黄疸和增加胆汁流量的作用。

      The experimental study of Radix Notoginseng Injection(RNI)on its disicterogenic action:Intrahepatic obstructive hepatitis in 8 rabbits was induced by gastric irrigation with α-naphthylisothiocyanate.Twenty four hours and two hours before the gastric irrigation the experimental group(EG)was treated with 10% glucose 150 ml plus RNI 6ml i.v.The control group(CG)was treated with 10% glucose 150 ml i.v.only.Six hours after the irrigation the toxic drug raised the serum bilirubin(SB)levels up to 3-4mg%(ten times more than normal value).Thirty hours there after the SB of EG was restored to normal(0.2-0.3mg%),whereas the SB of CG after 24 hours remained 0.71 mg%(two times more than normal),P<0.01.This shows that RNI accelelated the disicterogenic action. The experimental study of RNI on its colagogue action:Choledochous drainages were performed on 12 mice under peritoneal anaesthesia with pentothal sodium,then they were divided into 3 groups:group A was treated with 10% glucose 3ml plus RNI 2ml i.v.;group B was treated with 10% glucose 4 ml plus RNI 1ml i.v.;the other group was treated with 10% glucose 5 ml only i.v.as control.The means of the bile flow of group A and B before administration of RNI were 0.23 ml/20 minutes and 0.28 ml/20 minutes respectively.But after administration of RNI theyincreased to 0.28 ml/20 minutes and 0.33 ml/20 minutes respectively(P<0.01 and 0.05),whereas the mean of the control decreased from 0.24 ml/20 minutes to 0.23 ml/20 minutes.This shows that RNI increased the bile flow significantly and had a colagogue action.
