| 本文通过对264例股骨干骨折患者的分组对比观察,研究中药对骨折愈合的作用,发现内服接骨丹组比对照组骨折临床愈合时间提前6.2天(P<0.01);外敷地龙组比对照组骨折临床愈合时间提前3.6天(P<0.05),证明中药有促进骨折愈合的作用。作者认为,由于影响骨折愈合的因素较多,开展此项工作应尽可能在相同的条件下进行,可以得出较为准确的结果。 |

| In order to study the stimulative effect of traditional Chinese medicaments on fracture healing,we treated 264 cases of fresh femoral shaft fractures from 1979 to 1983 non-operatively with combined Chinese and western medicine in three groups:Group Ⅰ serving as control;Group Ⅱ administered orally with Ping’le Jiegudan (平乐接骨丹);Group Ⅲ applied earthworms externally.The age ranged 18-55.For all these groups,therapeutic results were identified in double blind administration,with unified observational indexes,except for different drugs. Through the experiment and observation the authors found that the healing time of Group Ⅱ was moved up for 6.2 days(P<0.01)in comparison with Group Ⅰ,and in Group Ⅲ for 3.6 days(P<0.05),which shows that traditional Chinese medicaments have stimulating effect on fracture healing.Since there are many factors influencing fracture healing,the conditions for study should be made as similar as possible to obtain accurate results. |
