| 采用自行配制的接骨散等中药内服,配合常规的牵引、复位、夹板固定及功能锻炼,治疗单纯新鲜闭合型股骨干骨折50例。4～6周后拍片观察结果,骨痂形成优者占60%,良者占30%。近期疗效优者占56%,良者占38%。远期疗效优者占80%,良者占10%。本组无一例因治疗不当而发生并发症。表明接骨散对骨痂形成有一定促进作用。 |

| Fifty cases ofsimple fresh close femoral shaft fracture were treated with self prepared Jie Gu San(JGS,接骨散) and other decoctions p.o.,accompanied by routine handling such as traction,reduction,immobilization by splints and functional training.During the first threedays after admission,the patients were administered three doses of Fu Yuan Hue Xue Tang(复元活血汤)p.o.,then began to have JGS 1.5g,p.o.,tid,until clinical fracture healing appeared.As the X-ray films taken four to six weeks later revealed,60% of the 50 cases were excellentin formation of callus,30% good,8% showing some progress and 2% with little improvement.The near-term effect,was excellent in 56%,good in 38%,and fairly good in 6% of the cases.Follow-up data,showed long-term effect was excellent in 80%, good in 10%,fairly good in 6.7% and poor in 3.3% of the cases.None of this group had any kind of complication throughout the course of treatment due to unsuitable management.No delayed union or non-union was observed. Unnecessary operational reduction and internal fixation were thus avoided,the recovery of the limb and joint functions ensured.The average time of hospitalization was about 51 days.Administration of JGS showed satisfactory effect in promoting the healing of fracture. |
