| 本文报道应用扦扦活酊外渗疗法治疗各类骨折208例取得良好疗效,骨痂出现时间最短5天(肱骨髁上骨折),最长40天(胫腓骨骨折),临床愈合时间最短10天(肱骨髁上骨折),最长50天(股骨粗隆间骨折),应用本品未见明显副作用;用10例豚鼠桡骨骨折模型的研究,亦初步证明扦扦活酊具有加速骨折愈合作用;经测定发现扦扦活含较丰富的微量元素,这些元素与扦扦活酊加速骨折愈合的关系有待进一步研讨。 |

| This paper reports the preliminary results ofclinical and laboratory study of Tincture Qian Qian Huo(TQQH) used to treat various fractures.Qian Qian Huo(QQH)belongs to the family of Caprifoliaceae Sambucus.480g of whole plant QQH was first prepared into a tincture of 480ml with 50% alcohol for clinical use.It was then dropped onto the fractured part of the body covered with minor splints and bandages or plasters after the fracture had been treated routinely at the clinic,if tube-shaped plasters were used,a small window should be made for application of the drug.The tincture was given 3 times a day,with a dosage of 60ml and 30ml for adults and children respectively each time,until moderate callus developed.Good effects of clinical treatment of various fractures have been achieved in 208 cases.The time for the developing of callus and clinical healing was obviously reduced(P<0.01;P<0.02),the shortest for the former being 5 days(supracondylar fracture of humerus),the longest 40 days(tibial and fibular fractures);the shortest for the latter being 10 days(supracondylar fracture of humerus),the longest 50 days(fracture of intertuberosity of femur).No marked side-effects were observed.Experiments done on the animal model of radial fracture in 10 guinea pigs also proved that TQQH had the function of accelerating fracture healing.It has been found through chemical tests that QQH is relatively rich in trace elements.The role of these elements in accelerating healing of fracture awaits further study. |
