| 本文报道采用二针夹板固定牵引法,治疗非稳定性胫腓骨干骨折60例,平均临床愈合时间为8.4周,无不愈合与延迟愈合,膝踝关节功能正常。5例发生感染,其中表浅感染3例、深部感染2例。成角畸形>15°者1例,>5°者2例:短缩畸形≤1cm 5例,≤2cm 1例。治疗结果优良率为91.6%。本法固定牵引作用可靠,愈合快,关节功能好,合并症少,简单易行。 |

| Double pins and small wood splints were used for fixational traction to treat unstable fractures of tibia and fibula in 60 cases.Average time of the clinical healing was 8.4 weeks.No non-union or delayed union was observed. The function of knee joint and ankle joint were normal.Infection occurred in 5 cases.In 3 of them only the superficial part was involved.In the remaining 2 cases,deep intection was found.Angulation deformity greater than 15° was found in 1 case.Angulation deformity less than 10° was found in 2 cases.Shortening deformity less than 1cm was found in 5 cases,and less than 2cm in 1 case.Excellent and good results were obtained in 91.6% of the cases.All these have proved that the reported method of fixational traction is reliable,It ensures good function of joint,quicker union and less complications. |
