| 本文通过45Ca—液闪测定,观察:（1）正常小鼠注射45Ca 后,左右股骨及胫骨上段中放射活性的变化。（2）小鼠右股骨中段骨折后右股骨上、中、下段及胫骨上段中45Ca 放射活性的变化。（3）丹参在骨折愈合中对于动员骨骼钙方面所起的作用。发现正常小鼠左右股骨及胫骨上段的放射活性均随时间而不断下降;注射45Ca 后不同时间造成右股骨中段骨折后,生理盐水组小鼠骨折部位的放射活性高于相应健侧,而骨折邻近部位的放射活性却低于相应健侧;丹参组小鼠中这种变化变得更为显著,说明丹参能更多地把骨折邻近部位的钙动员出来沉积到骨折部位,以利于骨折愈合。 |

| The ehange in 45Ca radioactivity of the upper,middle and lower thirds of left and right femora and of the upper thirds of left and right tibiae following fracture of the right middle femur of the C-57 mice and the effects of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae on resorption of 45Ca of bone were studied.A total of 89 animals were used. The mice were divided into three groups:normal group（35 mice）,fracture-saline group（35 mice）,fracture- Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae group（23 mice）. It was found that compared with the respective values of the fracture-saline group,there was a marked decrease in the radioactivity of the upper thirds of the fractured femora on the 3rd and 5th day after 45Ca injection and of the upper thirds of tibia on the 3rd day after 45Ca injection,and in the specific activity of the upper thirds of the tibiae on the 21st day after 45Ca injection.All these decreases had statistical significance.This showed that Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae could mobilize more calcium than saline. In fracture-saline group there had been no statistical significance in the radioactivity and specific activity in the lower thirds of the fractured femora as compared with respective values of the intact femora on the 52nd day after 45Ca injection,but there were statistical significance and high statistical significance after administration of Radix Salviae Mittiorrhizae.Besides,on the 13th day after 45Ca injection the specific activity in the middle-thirds of the femora in fracture-Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae group was higher than in the fracture-saline group with statistical significance（P<0.05）.This showed that Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae could mobilize more calcium to the fracture region from vicinity and thus benefit fracture healing. |
