| 本文研究结果表明:静脉注射芪附注射液100mg/kg 有显著降低家兔各项血液流变学指标的作用,它与等毒性的丹参注射液700mg/kg(按小鼠 LD50等比例减量)比较,在性质和强度上基本相似,芪附注射液25mg/kg 组给药前后比较,除红细胞压积外,其余各项指标则无显著差异。 |

| Qi-Fu injection given intravenously to normal rabbits（100mg/kg）produced remarkable effects on various hemorheological quantitative indexes in the animals.Under the high and low shear speeds the whole blood viscosity and the plasma viscosity reduced markedly（P<0.001）after administration of the drug,and the hematocrit and the erythrocyte electrophoretic time dropped significantly（P<0.01）.The properties and potency of the effects of Qi-Fu injection（100mg/kg）and Danshen injection（丹参注射液）（700mg/kg）of equal toxicity (LD50mouse)were basically similar.No significant effects were noted when Qi-Fu injection was given intravenously 25mg/kg. Our previous work indicated that Qi-Fu injection could protect anesthetized dogs from experimental myocardial infarction or decrease the area of infarction region.The present paper reports that Qi-Fu injection can reduce the blood viscosity,speed up the blood flow,and improve the microcirculation in rabbits. |
