对109例急发期肺心病患者经过30天的西医、中西医结合对照治疗,中西医结合组显效率明显优于西医组(P<0.01)。临床检查结果也提示中西医结合组在改善微循环和提高机体免疫机能等方面较西医组显著,说明中西医结合治疗肺心病确能提高临床效果。

英文摘要:

This article deals with 109 cases of acute fit of pulmonary heart disease which were treated either with traditional Chinese medicine—western medicine combined or with western medicine as control.Its clinical effect of 30 days’ treatment is shown below:the WM group has a total effective rate of 75% and a distinct improvement of 21.15%,whereas the TCM-WM group has a total effective rate of 89.47% and a distinct improvement of 45.61%.The significant difference in distinct improvement rate between the two groups(P<0.01)indicates that the therapeutic effect of TCM-WM is superior to that of WM. Based on clinical examination both before and after treatment,it is clear that with the inclusion of TCM diagnosis and treatment,relatively significant effect can be achieved by controlling inflammation,improvement on nail-fold microcirculation,immunological and cortical function.
