| 本文采用复方中药丸(848)前后分三批治疗慢性乙肝病毒(HBV)携带者17,例。前二批患者日服848丸6丸,服药半年,停药一年后检测结果:第一批2/5例 HBsAg 阴转并且抗-HBs 阳性(Abbott 药盒);第二批4/5例中半数 e-抗原(HBeAg)、DNA-多聚酶(DNA-P)和血清 HBV-DNA 阴转,同时抗-HBe 阳转,但 HBsAg 仍阳性。第三批7例并用云芝肝泰治疗,服药一年停药时半数 HBeAg 和 DNA-P 达可被检测水平以下。以上结果初步提示本疗法对乙肝病毒标志物有一定的抑制作用。 |

| Seventeen chronic HBV carriers were treated with complex TCM pills(848)for 6～12 months.Two of the five cases in the first group with positive HBsAg(RPHA 1:128～1:256)turned to negative with HBeAb elevated simultaneously after stopping the administration of the drug for one year.By using double blind treatment in five cases in the second group,HBeAg,DNA-P and serum HBV-DNA in 2/4 cases(HBsAg(+)RPHA 1:512～1:≥4096) changed from positive to negative and HBeAb could be detected under the same condition,although the serum HBsAg were still positive.Seven cases in the third group were treated with the addition of Yunzhi Gantai (云芝肝泰)for one year.As a result HBeAg and DNA-P were below the detectable level in 3/6 cases and HBeAb were detectable.It is suggested that this therapy is valuable for chronic HBV carriers. |
