| 为了了解推拿牵引的作用与外周5-HT、5-HIAA 和 Trp 含量变化的关系,观察了首次推拿牵引前后33例腰椎间盘突出症患者血浆中5-HT、5-HIAA 和 Trp 含量的变化。结果表明,在首次推拿牵引疗法之后,血浆中5-HT、5-HIAA 和 Trp 的含量呈现非常显著地下降,血浆中5-HT 和 TrP 下降的程度与推拿牵引的疗效有关。提示,外周5-HT 和 Trp 可能是参与镇痛调整的重要因素。 |

| The drawn massotherapy is an effective method for patients suffering from the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.With a view to understanding the relationship between the effect of draw and massage and peripheral serotonin,the changes of the contents of serotonin,5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid and tryptophane in plasma were observed in 33 patients before and after the first drawn massotherapy. The results showed that the serotonin,5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid and tryptophane contents in plasma decreased significantly after the first drawn massotherapy,the decreasing degree of serotonin and tryptophane in plasma being closely related to the therapeutic effect of draw and massage.It is suggested that the peripheral serotonia and tryptophane might be an important factor taking part in the effect of analgesia regulation. |
