| 本实验系观察党参与环磷酰胺配伍对瑞士小白鼠皮下移植的 Lewis 肺癌和其肺转移灶以及荷瘤小鼠存活时间的作用。结果表明它不仅使实验动物开始死亡时间推迟,平均存活时间延长,而且使动物半数死亡时间(LT50)和全部死亡时间均延长,日存活率也提高。对肿瘤体积和重量的抑制均有统计学意义,也明显减少肺转移灶,这些效果均优于单独使用环磷酰胺。 |

| The advantage of the combination of Codonopsis pilosula and antitumor chemicals Cyclophosphamide（CY）is reported in this paper.Codonopsis is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine.It has been proved that it may increase the immune ability of both human and animal bodies,especially the macrophagic activity.This experiment showed that Codonopsis used singly did not inhibit the growth of the subcutaneously transplanted Lewis lung tumor and its metastatic loci in Swiss mice,but when it was used in combination with a small dose of CY（20mg/kg）,a great effect was observed.The median survival time became longer,the transplantable tumor became smaller in size,and the spontaneous metastatic foci were fewer.These results were statistically significant. Besides,Lewis lung carcinoma grows in Swiss mice as well as in C57BL mice in several of our experiments.So it is possible to use Swiss mice instead of C57BL mice in transplanting Lewis lung carcinoma for detecting the antitumor effect of drugs. |
