中文摘要:

茜草双酯是人工合成的萘酚衍生物,其功效与中药茜草提取物类同。双酯能使狗和小鼠外周血白细胞增多,同时还有促进小鼠骨髓造血干细胞增殖和分化的作用,防治环磷酰胺所致狗白细胞减少症。长期毒性结果表明:狗每日口服双酯5.4g 连续90天,未见毒副反应,如药量增加到9.6g 则出现明显毒性反应,个别动物死亡。骨髓检查结果:核分裂相增多,细胞形态无异常变化。

英文摘要:

Rubidate is one of the extracted components of Radix Rubia Cordifolia.It can stimulate the hematopoiesis not only in mice but also in dogs.The circulating pool and stem cell pool are affected by Rubidate.It enhances the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells.When the dogs are administered with Cyclophosphamide,their leucopenia can be protected by Rubidate. From the long-term toxicological examinations,it suggests that the safety range of Rubidate is wide approximately 27 times of the effective dose.When the dose was increased to over 54 times,it happened that some dogs suffered from nausea and vomiting,their body weight was lowered,but there were no pathological findings in the bone marrow cells.
