| 在对39味生肌敛口中药进行筛选的基础上,以炉甘石、没药、乳香组成三杰生肌膏,临床用于治疗各种感染性创面450例,治愈率达98.4%,经对比观察,其作用明显优于西医换药法。并就有效生肌敛口中药的外敷剂量、与复方配伍的协同作用、不同剂型及不同煎药时间对药效的影响进行了探讨。 |

| The paper reports the experience of treating infected wounds with external applicated self-made San Jie Sheng Ji(SJSJ)ointment.Of the 450 cases so treated,443 of them were cured(98.4%),4 cases were basically cured(0.9%)and 3 cases were ineffective(0.7%).No side effect and complication have been observed after the SJSJ ointment treatment for 17.5 days.For fresh wounds,the difference between the SJSJ ointment group and control was significant and for old wounds and chronic ulcer,a more significant difference between these two groups was observed.The composition of prescription,the preparing procedure,the applying method and the indication of the SJSJ ointment were described in detail.The therapeutic mechanism of the ointment was discussed briefly. The 39 Chinese medicinal herbs for tissue growing and wound healing were screened by experimental study in rabbits.It was observed that calamine,margarita,Commiphora myrrha and Boswellia carterii have very significant action(P<0.01),and Crinis carbonisatus,calomel have significant action(P<0.05)in promoting the wound healing whereas the other herbs did not.The concentration of those 6 effective herbs for external application for tissue growing and wound healing were determined as follows:the calamine was 7.5～10 g%,the margarita and Commiphora myrrha were 3～7.5 g%,the Boswellia carterii was 5～7.5 g%, the Crinis carbonisatus was 5～10 g%,and the calomel 3 g%.The synergistic action of the components of compound prescription wore analysed.In general,the effect of compound prescription was the addition or subtraction of the effect of its constituents.By contrast,the effect of paste form of same prescription is markedly better than that of powder form.The influence of decocting time on the effect of paste was also observed. |
