对32例创伤后严重感染患者内服清托汤,外用清创合剂等,并适时配合西药治疗,临床治愈率为100%,每个病灶平均治愈时间为18.5天。认为提高疗效、缩短疗程的关键是辨证适宜,抓住有利时机,确保引流通畅,祛腐彻底。

英文摘要:

Thirty two patients with severely infected wounds were treated with Qing Tuo Decoction(清托汤)orally taken and Debriding Mixt.,Qu Fu Powder(祛腐散),Sheng Ji Powder(生肌散)and Sheng Ji Xiang Pi Ointment(生肌象皮膏)externally applied.All the wounds were healed with these treatments,the healing time were ranged 8 to 93 days(18.5 days in average).The clinical cure rate was 100%.It is considered that Qing Tuo Decoction will enhance the organismic immunity against invading micro-organism which will also be inhibited.The external applied drugs will provide sufficient drainage and the promotion of granulation and epithelial cells that result in wound healing.We sometimes combined the traditional drugs with antibiotics and/or operations so as to obtain better results.
