| 本文按益气养阴法则制成肝复灵膏,对25例乙型慢活肝患者进行3～12个月治疗,其中6例作了肝穿刺,对照治疗前后细胞学与超微结构的变化,从临床、生化、免疫、光镜、电镜观察结果表明,肝复灵膏有益气养阴功能,稳定 SGPT,调节 B 细胞功能反应,使血清中γ球蛋白,IgG、IgM 趋向稳定,肝细胞变性坏死现象有不同程度的改善。 |

| This paper deals with the effect of Gan Fu Lin Extract which was prescribed according to the principle of replenishing the Qi and nourishing the Yin,in the treatment of 25 patients of chronic active hepatitis B for 3 to 12 months.Repeated liver biopsy before and after the treatment in six patients were done.After the therapy,17 cases were relieved from symptoms,9 of them did not relapse.The clinical symptoms,such as pain in RUQ,anorexia,abdominal distention,and gingival bleeding attenuated or even disappeared.Serum IgG and γ-globulin markedly decreased,IgM were also lower than pre-medication.The swelling,balloonized and acidophilic degenerative changes of liver cells became markedly reduced or disappeared.The derangement of lobular structure had some improvements,Intralobular focal necrosis and periportal piecemeal necrosis also lessened or even vanished.The infiltration of inflammatory cell decreased.The pathological picture indicated a static stage of the disease.In electron-microscopical observation the degeneration and necrosis of hepatocytes were more or less improved after treatment.The swelling and degeneration of mitochondria and the number of secondary lysosomes reduced.The cisternae of endoplasmic reticulum did not dilate.The nuclear envelope was regular.The space between inner and outer nuclear membrane did not enlarge.The discoveries of light and electron microscopy were conformed with clinical findings. Gan Fu Lin Extract could regulate the function of body,increase the immunological ability,improve the nutritious state of hepatocytes and promote their regeneration.Through clinical,biochemical,light and electron microscopic observations,it was shown that Gan Fu Lin Extract had the function of Qi-replenishing and Yin-nourishing,which exerted beneficial influence to the deficiency of both Qi and Yin, so as to interrupt the chronic course of the disease. |
