| 本文报道了中药强肝汤1号、2号方,分别治疗慢性肝炎虚、实两型共358例。强肝汤1号治疗虚证为主型204例,近期临床治愈率为86.3%,有效率为95.6%,肝功恢复正常率为87.3%;强肝汤2号治疗实证(湿热型)为主型154例,近期临床治愈率为79.9%,有效率为91.6%,肝功恢复正常率为80.5%。强肝汤具有活血、益气、清热、养血,兼调肝脾肾功能。 |

| The effects of Chinese herbal decoction Qiang Gan Tang No.1 and No.2 on 358 cases of chronic hepatitis were reported.The patients were divided into two groups according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM:(1)Deficiency syndrome were treated with Qiang Gan Tang No.1(204 cases);(2)Excess syndrome were treated with Qiang Gan Tang No.2(154 cases).The results showed that the short-term clinical cure rate of Qiang Gan Tang No.1 and No.2 were 86.3% and 79.9%,the effective rate were 95.6% and 91.6%,the normalizing rate of liver function impairment were 87.3% and 80.5% respectively. According to animal experiments and pharmacological study of these prescriptions,the therapeutic action of Qiang Gan Tang might be as follows:It protects the liver cells;it accelerates the hepatic regeneration;it inhibits the hepatic fibrosis;it recovers the liver functions;it improves the blood microcirculation of the liver;it regulates the immunological responses;it activates the metabolism and detoxification in the liver;it promotes the excretory function of bile in the liver,etc. Therefore Qiang Gan Tang possesses the function of promoting the blood circulation,replenishing the Qi,clearing the heat,nourishing the blood and regulating the liver,spleen and kidney, etc. |
