| 本文报道用中药复方抗毒丸治疗慢性乙肝病毒(HBV)感染者25例,治疗后 DNA-P、HBV-DNA 阳性率降低,与对照组(16例)相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组有3例 DNA-P,HBV-DNA,HBeAg 同时阴转,2例 DNA-P,HBV-DNA 同时转阴,而对照组此三项指标无1例阴转;两组 HBsAg 仍持续阳性;治疗组2例血清干扰素明显提高,且肝功及乙肝血清标志均有不同程度改善。对照组无明显变化。以上结果提示抗毒丸对抑制 HBV复制及调整免疫功能有一定作用。 |

| Kang Du Wan,a TCM pill,was used to treat 25 patients with chronic HBV infection and they were compared with 16 cases treated with Qi Pi Wan(启脾丸)as control.In both groups HBsAg continued positive for longer than one year,and at least two parameters out of the three,HBeAg,DNA-P and HBV-DNA had been positive prior to the treatment.The results were as follows:(1)In the treating group 6 patients became DNA-P negative,DNA-P activity attenuated in 13 cases;7 HBV-DNA converted to negative,and weak positive in 8 cases;and 3 HBeAg turned negative.The total effective rate(disappearance and attenuation of DNA-P and HBV-DNA)were 79.2% and 60% respectively.But in the control,the DNA-P,HBV-DNA,HBeAg of none turned negative;DNA-P activity decreased only in 7 and HBV-DNA activity decreased only in 3 patients.(2)Having followed up for 2～8 months,the 5 cases whose serum DNA-P,HBV-DNA and HBeAg had turned negative at the end of treatment,the DNA-P,HBV-DNA and HBeAg of 3 patients were found remaining negative and the HBsAg positive still.The effect was type Ⅱ in response.In the control,no such type of effect was observed.(3)Estimation for serum interferon:Before therapy,one of the 9 cases in the treating group and one of the 8 in the control were negative,the others were within normal ranges.After treatment,serum interferon in one negative patient of the treating group rose to normal(1:5～1:20).The titre of serum interferon of another case of the same group increased from normal to 1:40.In the above two patients liver function and serum HBV marker improved to some extent. in the control no prominent change occurred after treatment. The foregoing results indicate that Kang Du Wan is effective in the suppression of HBV replication and the modulation of patients immune function. |
