| 本文报道萎缩性胃炎(CAG)133例,其中中西医结合分型治疗106例,胃泌素治疗27例。治疗前后均经胃镜及活检病理对比观察,治疗后由 CAG 或浅表萎缩性胃炎(CSAG)逆转为浅表性胃炎及由 CAG 变为 CSAG 者共占59.43%,而胃泌素组仅占29.63%,P<0.01,上腹胀感及疼痛中药组显效各为74.71%及65.98%,亦比胃泌素组高。讨论了中药及胃泌素治疗的依据,并认为评价疗效主要应以胃镜及活检病理为准。 |

| 106 out of 133 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)were treated with TCM,27 cases with pentagastrin.Mucous membrane of all cases were observed by fibrogastroscope and taken pathological examination from gastric biopsy before and after treatment.Traditional Chinese drugs were used in three types of CAG which were divided according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM.The course of treatment was about 5～6 months.Fairly good results were obtained in the group treated with ordinary or traditional Chinese drugs.About 59.43% of the cases with CAG and chronic superficial atrophic gastritis (CSAG)returned to chronic superficial gastritis(CSG),and some CAG regained to CSAG after treatment with TCM.Only 29.63% of the cases with CAG resumed the CSG after treatment with pentagastrin.The symptoms of epigastric distention and pain disappeared about 74.71% and 65.98% respectively in patients with CAG after treatment with traditional Chinese drugs and only about 29.63% and 44.44% respectively after treatment with pentagastrin. |
