| 本文报道了56例肾虚患者的血清钙、磷值及其中33例的24小时尿钙值,并将肾虚有耳鸣耳聋与肾虚无耳鸣耳聋患者间所测值加以比较。结果肾虚有耳鸣耳聋患者血清钙值较正常低(P<0.001),尿钙值也偏低(P<0.05)。作者认为血钙很可能是"肾"与耳之间联系的一种物质基础,血钙值可作为肾精变化的指标之一。 |

| This paper reports the value of serum calcium and phosphorus in 56 kidney deficiency patients and the value of urinary calcium/24 hrs.in 33 out of the 56 cases.Among them,the obtained values were compared between patients with and without tinnitus or deafness.It was found that the serum calcium level of patients with tinnitus or deafness lowered significantly than that of patients without these symptoms,P<0.001,and the same occurred in the urinary calcium output,P<0.05.There was no significant relation between the sex, age and the serum calcium level,P>0.05.This showed that the TCM theory of"kidney has its specific opening in ears"was closely related to the serum level of calcium.Based on the above-mentioned results,the serum calcium might be considered as one of the material bases connecting"kidney"of TCM with ears,and provided one of the diagnostic parameter for the change in deficiency of kidney essence. |
