为了了解推拿牵引的作用与外周血儿茶酚胺(CA)之间的关系,作者观察了首次推拿牵引前后33例腰椎间盘突出症患者血浆去甲肾上腺素(NA)、多巴胺(DA)和酪氨酸(Tyr)含量的变化。结果显示,在首次推拿牵引疗法之后,血浆中 NA、DA 和 Tyr 的含量呈现非常显著的下降,说明患者血浆中 NA、DA 和 Tyr 含量的下降与推拿牵引的作用有关。提示外周 CA 可能是参与镇痛调整作用的重要物质之一。

英文摘要:

For the purpose of understanding the relationship between the effect of the traction massage and peripheral catecholamine(CA).the contents of norepinephrine(NA),dopamine(DA)and their precursor tyrosine(Tyr)in the plasma were determined in 33 patients suffering from the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc before and three days after treatment.The results showed that the contents of NA,DA and Tyr in the plasma of the patients decreased very significantly after the first performance of traction massage therapy(P<0.01),the decreasing of NA,DA and Tyr contents in the plasma were closely related to the effect of traction massage.It suggested that the peripheral CA might be one of the important substances taking part in the effect of analgesic regulation.
