| 本文报道了活血Ⅱ号与心房肽Ⅲ对血管平滑肌的效应。当在浴槽中加入3×10-8M 的心房肽Ⅲ时,可使处在高张力状态的离体主动脉条产生强而持久的松弛效应。加入相当200mg 生药的活血Ⅱ号仅能使动脉条产生一过性轻度的舒张,如和心房肽Ⅲ合并使用则效果明显增强。实验结果表明人工合成的心房肽Ⅲ是一种有效的血管平滑肌松弛剂,活血Ⅱ号和心房肽Ⅲ可能有协同作用。 |

| Mammalian atrial extracts possess relaxant activity of isolated vascular smooth muscle preparation.In this experiment reported here it was found that both synthetic atriopeptin Ⅲ and Chinese herbal medicine called"composite prescription of blood activator No Ⅱ"（BA’Ⅱ）possessed vasorelaxant activities.The isolated rabbit aortic strips were used for bioassay of vasoaetivity.The results showed the following:（1） Synthetic atriopeptin is a potent vasodilator.While the tone of rabbit aortic strips was maintained with. norepinephrine(final concentration=3×10-5M),addition of atriopeptin Ⅲ(final concentr- ation=3×0-8)caused a rapid strong contraction immediately followed by a prolonged relaxation,but BA Ⅱ only caused a slight transient relaxation at final concentration of 0.2mg/ml.（2）The joint use of atriopeptin Ⅲ and BA Ⅱ caused even stronger contraction than that of being used separately. |
