| 复方中药注射液对小鼠艾氏、肝癌、S180和 U14实体瘤的抑瘤率分别为63.5%、63.4%、35.9%和43.2%。对艾氏和肝癌腹水型癌细胞的抑制率可达88.3%和87.4%。用该药后 L1210白血病小鼠生命延长率为242%,其中部分小鼠存活两个月以上。小鼠的 LD80为144.6±4.1g 生药/kg 体重,亚急性毒性试验未见该药有明显毒性。复方中药注射液对 L1210细胞的 DNA 与 RNA 合成有明显的抑制作用。 |

| The injection of compound TCM recipe was composed of six Chinese medicinal herbs:Solanum nigrum, Duechsnea indica,Solanum lyratum,Angelica sinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Curcuma aromatica.It had been observed that the injection exerted inhibitory effect on the transplanted EAC,hepatocarcinoma,S180and U14solid tumor in mice with inhibitory rates of 63.5%,63.4%,35.9% and 43.2% respectively.The rate of the inhibition of EAC and hepatocarcinoma ascites tumor cells were 88.3% and 87.4% respectively.The survival time of L1210mice was prolonged to 2.42 folds,and out of these mice 40% survived for more than two months.In the toxicity test in mice,it had been found that the body weight,blood picture,liver and kidney function,organ coefficient and pathological examination of the important organs showed,no obvious abnormality when the treatment was administered continually for 28 days.Preliminary exploration of its mechanism revealed that the inhibition of 3H-TdR incorporation into DNA and 3H-UR incorporation into RNA in L1210cells.by this injection was very significant. |
