| 本文报告应用蟑螂提取物（简称 AT2）进行临床与实验研究。药理实验表明:该药具有抗癌活性,能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,并能使脾脏重量增加,在体外可增加T淋巴细胞对 ConA 的转化反应。AT2片治疗原发性肝癌49例,临床观察表明,本品具有缓解症状,使肝大回缩、甲胎蛋白下降、延长患者生存期等作用。它是一种安全有效的新中成药。 |

| The clinical and experimental study of the extract of cockroaches（AT2）has been carried out from Feb. 1978 to Jan.1984.An investigation has been made on the antitumour effect of cockroaches extract on mice S180and S37.The inhibiting effects on tumour growth in mice S180and S37were 44-52% and 34.05～42.17% espectively.In contacting the cells of S180and ESC,the inhibiting effects of tumour growth were 50～60% and 30～55% respectively.The specific immunity（humoral and cellular immunity）were not affected,but the macrophage phagocytosis of the peritoneal cavity of mice were enhanced and the weight of spleen increased. LD50of mice（oral）was 110+10.24 g/kg.Chronic toxicological test in dogs showed that it exerted no noxious effect on heart,liver and kidney,etc. Forty-nine cases of primary liver cancer were treated with AT2 therapy.Clinical observation indicated that the symptoms were attenuated（hepatic pain relieved,appetite improved,body weight increased, abdominal distension alleviated and fatigue lessened,etc.）,the hepatomegaly reduced and AFP level lowered, the white blood cells and platelets increased,and the life spans of patients was prolonged. There was no toxic effect on heart,liver and kidney,etc.The most frequently encountered side-effects was dryness in mouth only.It denotes that AT2 was a safe and effective new traditional patent drug in treating patients of primary liver cancer. |
