| 通过对92例妊娠高血压综合征的治疗,发现古方当归芍药散对控制轻、中度患者的血压和预防子痫的发生具有与西药降压药相似的疗效,对孕妇及胎儿发育无不良影响,提示了该方对防治轻、中度妊娠高血压综合征是一个安全有效的手段。 |

| In this article,the curative effects of Angelica and Paeonia(AP)powder in treating 46 cases of mild and moderate gestational hypertension syndrome,and in comparison with another 46 cases treated with Western medicine were reported.33 pregnant women of 28～32 weeks with gestational hypertension syndrome were determined hemorheologically. Results:(1)The hematocrit,blood viscosity and plasma fibrinogen of the patients were obviously higher than those of normal pregnant women.(2)After taking AP powder or Western medicine,the blood pressure of both groups reduced,the former group decreased more obviously than the latter one.(3)After medication,either group of patients had no harmful responses and their foetuses developed well. The above results suggested that AP powder was safe and effective for mild and moderate gestational hypertension syndrome,which was relevant possibly to the correction of abnormal hemorheology and to the improvement of their microcirculation. |
