| 本文报告针刺治疗脑梗塞住院患者100例,根据神经系统六方面的体征按百分制制定判定病情轻重和评比疗效的标准。基本治愈率达51%,总有效率为97%。并测定血液流变学、纤维蛋白原、纤维蛋白原降解产物及血脂等指标,结果脑梗塞患者有五项高于同年龄组正常人(P<0.05)。观察紫舌组与非紫舌组以及针刺前后的指标均有不同程度的改变。说明针刺对全身功能的恢复具有一定的疗效。 |

| This article reports 100 cases of cerebral infarction treated with acupuncture.The effectiveness of treatment and seriousness of the condition were evaluated according to the scale of hundred-mark system based on the six aspects of symptoms of nervous system.Patients were divided into three treatment groups: acupuncture alone,acupuncture with medicinal herbs and acupuncture with Western medicine.The difference between the conditions of the patients before and after the treatment was statistically significant in each group,P<0.001.The basical cure rate was 51%,and the total effective rate 97%.78 patients with cerebral infarction were compared with normal controls in the same age group,according to the nine criteria of hemorheology,the majority of the criteria were statistically significant,P<0.05.Nearly 35% of the cerebral infarction cases had purple tongues;their blood viscosity and hematocrit levels were significantly higher than those without purple tongues,P<0.01.31 cases of cerebral infarction showed no significant difference before and after acupuncture,except for marked decrease of fibrinogen,FDP,triglycerides, P<0.05,which denoted that the fibrinolysis tended to resume stabilized state.It is believed that the acupuncture has a remarkable effect on the recovery of the whole body’s function. |
