本实验表明:补气方剂四君子汤、补血方剂四物汤和气血双补方剂八珍汤,具有明显的抗家兔血小板聚集作用(P<0.01)。八珍汤的抗血小板聚集作用大于四君子汤(P<0.01)。四君子汤与四物汤抗血小板聚集作用的比较,差异不显著。本实验从血小板聚集性角度,探讨了补益气血方剂的配伍意义。

英文摘要:

The effect following injection of Sijunzi Decoction(四君子汤,a Oi tonic),Siwu Decoction(四物汤,a Blood tonic)and Bazen Decoction(八珍汤,a mixture of Qi tonic and Blood tonic)was estimated by measuring degrees of inhibition of rabbit platelet aggregation induced by ADP.The result of this study are as follows:The platelet aggregation was inhibited with Sijunzi Decoction,Siwu Decoction and Bazhen Decoction(P<0.01),with the last being more effective.This is due to the combined prescription of Qi tonics and Blood tonics,which generates inter-related pharmacologic action.The result indicates that the tonifying recipes may be effective in the clinical treatment with anti-platelet aggregation.
