:
目前认为乙型病毒性肝炎的肝组织损伤,不是乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)在肝细胞内繁殖所引起的直接后果,而是 HBV 感染后,在宿主细胞内复制,由于 HBV的 DNA 掺入宿主基因组,使肝细胞膜表面表达出新抗原,而诱发自身免疫应答,如通过各种细胞毒的作用,而造成肝组织损伤及病情的持续发展。现就近年来肝炎的免疫研究进展概述如下。
