| 本文报道了大黄及其提取物对大白鼠的利胆,利胰效应。研究结果表明,多种大黄制剂除有利胆作用外,还出现显著的利胰效应,并能使胰液淀粉酶活性降低。考虑到大黄尚有降低奥迪氏括约肌张力的作用,因此可以设想这种利胆、利胰、降酶、弛张括约肌的综合作用,可能是大黄治疗急性胰腺炎的一个重要的药效基础。 |

| The effects of Rheum tanguticum and its extracts on bthary and pancreatic juice flow were studied in 143 rats prepared with biliary,pancreatic and duodenal cannulae.The results obtained were as follows:(1)After administering through the duodenal cannula inserted,the decoction and hydroalcoholic extract(1ml/100 g body weight)of Rheum tanguticum caused a significant increase in biliary and pancreatic juice flow within 30 minutes(P<0.05).The increase in pancreatic juice flow effect of the hydroalcoholic extract appeared again 2 hours later(P<0.05).On the contrary,the control groups(i.e.normal saline and pH 4.3 HCI saline solution groups)had no above-mentioned effects.(2)The five different extracts of the rhubarb exert various influences on biliary and pancreatic juice flow.Of the five extracts,for example,the first extract of the Rheum promoted biliary and pancreatic juice flow simultaneously(P<0.05);the third_b,the fourth and the fifth extracts did not have any choleretic effect but were able to exhibit a significant increase in pancreatic juice flow within 150 minutes,etc.(3)The effect of the rhubarb preparations on lowering the pancreatic amylase activity in many rats was usually associated with increasing the pancreatic juice flow.The present findings indicate that the abovementioned complex effect in combination with that of reducing the tension of oddi’s sphincter,may provide evidence of an important therapeutic basis of the Rheum tanguticum for acute pancreatitis. |
