| 本文用主因子分析法和 HLA 组织相容性试验,对广东汉族健康人的中医体质类型及男女体质差异的遗传基础进行了研究。结果发现阳多阴少型者 B5频率升高,女性的 B12频率升高,男性的 DR3频率升高。同时获得的不同体质类型的综合性关键指标,反映了传统中医体质类型的基本特征,证实中医体质类型的客观性。 |

| It is reported here the correlation between constitution type in TCM of healthy subject and frequency distribution of HLA gene of Han nationality in Guangdong.66 items of constitutional index investigated on 82 healthy subjects of Han nationality in Guangdong were analysed with the method of factor analysis by IBM-PC/XT microcomputer.The results showed that Yin dominating over Yang type（阴多阳少型）,Yang dominating over Yin type（阳多阴少型）and Yin-Yang balance type（阴阳和平型）were,31,46,5 cases respectively.From this,constitutional types of TCM were drawn and verified.Over 0.400 was taken as significant,so there were 7 factors respectively interrelate to 1～7 variables of constitution with the method of factor analysis.Factors Ⅳ～Ⅶ were not clear because of too few items,and should be further studied.In Factors Ⅰ～Ⅲ the constitutional indices drawn respectively by positive and negative variables conformed to the traits of constitutional types in TCM. Homologous Leucocytie Antigen（HLA）was measured in these subjects.On the base of constitutional types verified by the method of factor analysis,the frequency distribution of gene of 36 HLA antigen specificities was determined in different constitutional types of Han nationality subjects in Guangdong.It was discovered that（1）The frequency of B5 was significant statistically between the high level of Yang dominating over Yin type and low level of Yin dominating over Yang type,P<0.05.（2）The frequency of B12was significant statistically between the high level among the women,and low level among the men,P<0.015.（3） The frequency of DR3 was significant statistically between high level among the men and low level among the women,P<0.0.1. |
