| 本文报道以金蒲丹片为主合并小剂量抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症(中医辨证属癫证)的患者204例,并与用抗精神病药治疗的100例作对照。结果治疗组的显效率为65.7%,与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。金蒲丹片为主的治疗组副作用较对照组显著减轻,是治疗精神分裂症的较好方法。 |

| In this paper,304 schizophrenia("dianzheng 癫证"in TCM)patients were observed.204 of them were treated mainly with Jinpudan combined with small dosis of anti-psychotics,while 100 cases were treated with anti-psychotics alone as control.Results:The markedly effective rate of the treated group was 65.7%,it has no significant difference statistically as compared with that of the control group(68%),P>0.05.However, the factor-analysis based on BPRS-CR showed that the combined therapy was more efficacious in treating anxiety,depression and torpor.In addition,the analysis based on CGI indicated that on the similar condition for the seriousness of disease and the general evaluation of therapeutic effect,also because the side-effect index of the combined therapy(1.06±0.10)was lower than that of control(2.11±0.98),hence the therapeutic effect index of the former(2.71±0.24)was markedly higher than that of the latter (1.39±0.61),P<0.01.The experimental study showed that the nailfotd microcircu latory and hemorheological parameters of the schizophrenic patients were abnormal.It confirmed the theory of TCM: "The diankuang(癫狂;mental disorder)is caused by Qi-blood stagnation".It has been discovered that Jinpudan could mollify the disease as well as improve the parameters of nailfotd microcirculation and hemorheology.It is closely related with the elimination of Qi-blood stagnation.Pharmacological study showed that Jinpudan exerted tranquilizing effect and reduced the patients’ spontaneous behavior.No side-effect either on patient or on animal was observed. |
