| 本文报告211例肺心病急性发作期患者随机分为中西医结合组107例,西医组104例。经30天治疗,两组显效率分别为60.75%、38.46%,组间差异有非常显著性意义（P<0.01）;总有效率分别为90.65%、80.77%,差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。中西医结合组 PaO2、E-玫瑰花环形成率、IgG、甲皱微循环、全血比粘度检测结果于治疗后均有改善,两组对比说明中西医结合组疗效优于西医组。 |

| This article deals with 211 acute phase in-patients of cor pulmonale,who were randomly divided into two groups:107 cases were treated with TCM-WM therapy,and 104 cases were treated with WM alone as control.After treatment of 30 days,the result was shown as follows:The total effective rate of TCM-WM group and control was 90.65% and 80.77%,the marked improvement rate was 60.75% and 38.46%,and the mortality was 5.61% and 12.50% respectively.There were significant differences in marked improvement and total effective rate between these two groups(P<0.05～ 0.01).This revealed that the therapeutic effect of TCM-WM was better than that of WM.Based on the laboratory examinations before and after the treatment and in the improvement in symptoms the-reason of the superiority for the therapeutic effect of TCM-WM was discussed. |
