| 本文对102例次慢性肾功能衰竭患者测定 FDP、ACBT、血及尿β+2-m、尿血渗比、尿圆盘电泳。按中医辨证分型进行对比分析,发现阳虚型中高分子蛋白尿比例最高(P<0.05),尿血渗比多<1;阴虚型尿血渗比<1者最少;气虚型 FDP 阳性率明显低于阴虚、阳虚型。夹风型混合性蛋白尿比例最高(P<0.05);湿热型 ACBT 阳性率最高(P<0.05);而血瘀型 FDP 阳性率并无明显增高。提示 CRF 实验室检查与中医分型间有内在联系,具有规律性,部分实验室检查可作为中医辨证的客观依据。 |

| In order to explore the relationship between syndrome differentiation in TCM and some labora- tory changes in patients with chronic renal failure,blood and urine fibrinogen degradation product （FDP）,antibody-coated bacteria test（ACBT）in urine,ratio of osmotic presssure of urine/blood, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of urine protein,urine and blood concentration of β2 microg- lobulin（β2-m）were investigated.The results were as follows:（1）Medium, high molecular weight urine protein was mostly seen in the patients with Yang（阳）deficiency （P<0.05）.（2）Most of Yang deficiency patients,their ratio of osmotic pressure of urine/blood was less than 1.（3）FDP increased mostly in the patients with Yang and Yin（阴）deficiency,and did not always increase in Qi（气） deficiency.（4）Most of the patients with Jiafeng（夹风,Wind complicated）syndrome revealed mixed proteinuria（P<0.05）,blood β2-m always increased,the ratio of osmotic pressure of urine/blood was<1 frequently.（5）In the patients with dampness-heat the positive rate of ACBT was highest among all（P<0.05）.（6）The FDP was not increased in the patients with blood stasis syndrome.All these findings suggest that there exist some differences and characteristics on the laboratory findings for various syndromes in TCM.This may serve as the basis in the syndrome differentiation in TCM. |
