      本文测定健康人及红绛舌、淡白舌患者血清微量元素 Zn、Cu、Fe 含量及Cu/Zn 比值,红绛舌组与健康人组之间各项微量元素改变有显著性差异;淡白舌组与健康人组之间差异不显著;Cu/Zn 比值,红绛舌组比淡白舌组高。有统计学意义(P<0.05)。还测定健康人组和红绛舌组男性血浆 E2、T 含量及 E2/T 比值,后者均比前者高。并探讨了舌象与微量元素和性激素之间内在联糸及意义。

      This article reports that serum trace elements(Zn,Cu,Cu/Zn,Fe)were determined in 50 normal subjects for control and in 32 patients with crimson tongue and 11 patients with pale tongue,and that the levels of plasma estradiol(E2)and testosterone(T)were determined in 25 normal subjects and 11 patients with crimson tongue.The Zn value was reduced,the Cu value and Cu/Zn ratio were elevated(P<0.001)and the Fe value was lowered(P<0.01)in the patients with crimson tongue than those of normal control.In comparing the group of patients with crimson tongue and that of the patients with pale tongue,only increase in Cu/Zn ratio was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the value of serum trace elements between the groups of pale tongue and control.May be the number of pale tongue patients was insufficient for revealing its nature.But the ratio of Cu/Zn may be used as a good parameter of crimson tongue,which was proved to be a sensitive parameter.The level of E2 was increased(P<0.05),and the level of T atso rose,but the difference was insignificant(P>0.05),thus the E2/T level became even higher(P<0.001)in the patients with crimson tongue compared with those of normal control.The determination of sex hormones may be used as an objective criterion of the crimson tongue.It suggested that the determination of E2/T ratio was more significant than that of E2 or T value alone.The authors studied the relationship between tongue color and both the trace element and sex hormone values. The color changes of tongue are associated with the physiological and biochemical changes in human body.These essential trace elements and sex hormones,however,are closely connected with the above-mentioned biochemical change,but to understand this connection in detail needs further investigation. The results indicate that changes in the value of serum Zn,Cu,Cu/Zn,Fe and plasma E2,T,E2/ T may be used as objective indicis of some tongue conditions.Therefore the changes have some clinically practical value.
