| 用逐步回归分析方法由电子计算机对41例原发性肝癌患者的脉、舌象及9项生化免疫指标进行分析得出:(1)脉象与舌质都能反映出人体的机能状态。患者的脉象与肝功能中的总蛋白、白蛋白、黄痘指数等明显相关,而舌质与 T-RFC 明显相关。(2)舌苔与癌块大小及 AFP 浓度呈明显相关(P<0.05)。 |

| In this paper,41 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma were observed.Pulse,tongue coating and tongue proper were recorded and divided into 4 degrees according to the variation of disease conditions.Using the stepwise regression analysis the results of 9 immunological and biochemical parameters examined and Chinese materia medics were numbered and stored in the computer. Results:(1)Pulse picture was closely related to the liver function(icterus index,total serum protein and albumin)(P<0.05).(2)Tongue proper was related to T-RFC(P<0.005).It tended to reflect the variation of general function of the body.Both the pulse picture and tongue proper reflected the Qi (气)of human baby.(3)The coating on the tongue was related to AFP(P<0.05).Whenever the mass of hepatic carcinoma was larger,the level of AFP was higher,the tongue coating was thicker.It was related to Xie(邪,pathogenic factor).After the administration of Chinese materia medica,30 of 41 cases had synchronous development of immunologic function and the tongue coating.There was no correlation before treatment,but after treatment it was positively correlated(P<0.05).It has proved that the effect on immunological function by Jianpi Huashi(健脾化湿,invigorating the spleen and eliminating the dampness-evil)or Qingre Lishi(清热利湿,clearing up the heat and promoting diuresis to eliminate the dampness)is called Huatai(化苔,melting away the tongue coating)in TCM.At the same time,the tongue proper has changed from red to light red.It has shown that these medicinal herbs may improve the tongue proper,the detailed mechanism remains to be investigated further. |
