| 本文统计了甘肃省12家医院用西医及中西医结合方法治疗肝硬化517例。在降低无腹水组的 SGPT 值、升高有腹水组血清总蛋白和白蛋白、纠正肝性脑病方面,中西医结合治疗组明显优于西医治疗组(P<0.01);有腹水者的治愈好转率达82.7%,亦较西医组的66.1%为高(P<0.01);病死率远低于西医组(P<0.01),提示中西医结合治疗肝硬化的效果较单纯西医治疗优越。 |

| This paper reports the comparative therapeutic effect between 2 groups of liver cirrhosis of 12 hospitals which were treated with Western medicine(WM,269 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine-Western medicine(TCM-WM,248 cases).Each group of treated cases was subdivided into 2 subgroups which were cirrhosis with or without ascites separately.After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in symptom improvement,ascitic fluid subsidence and hemostatic effect in bleeding esophageal varices between the 2 above-mentioned groups,but decrease of SGPT value,elevation of level of serum albumin and total protein,recovery of the hepatic coma were significantly better in cases treated with TCM-WM than that of the WM(P<0.01).Furthermore,the total effective rate was significantly higher statistically(P<0.01)in the group of ascitic patients treated with TCM-WM(82.7%)than that of cases treated with WM alone(66.1%),while the mortality rate of the former(14.3%)was much lower(P<0.05)than that of the latter(25.8%).It revealed that the efficacy of TCM-WM in treating liver cirrhosis is much better than that of WM alone. |
