| 70只大鼠和20只豚鼠各随机分成两组,观察出血热预防片对动物免疫功能及血浆环核苷酸的影响。结果表明:该预防片能提高大鼠 T 淋巴细胞转化率,促进总 E 玫瑰花环的形成,抑制豚鼠Ⅰ型变态反应程度,升高大鼠血浆中 cAM P的水平和 cAMP/cGMP值(对 cGMP 影响不显),与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义提示增强 T 细胞免疫功能、抑制Ⅰ型变态反应,以及通过调节环核苷酸系统来发挥一系列效应,可能是其预防出血热的重要机理。 |

| It was proved preliminarily,in the field observation of an epidemic area that the Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever Preventive Tablet(EHFPT)had a significant preventi,ve effect on EHF.The result of the experiment with animals showed that EHFPT could improve the immunity of T-cells, inhibit the type Ⅰ attergy and increase the cAMP and cAMP/cGMP level in the plasma.According to the pathogenesis of EHF,the disturbance of the body’s immunity was mainly responsible for the onset of EHF,especially the presence of type Ⅰ allergy and the lowering of the immunity of T-cells. Therefore it is believed that the role of EHFPT in adjusting the immunity was probably one of the important aspects and cAMP,cGMP might serve as an important basis for the adjustment of immunity.On the other hand,since the regulating function of cAMP and cGMP on the body was extremely extensive and complicated,it could be deduced that EHFPT could produce a series of other effects by means of modulating cyclic nucleotide system(e.g.the stimulation and increasing of the activity of interferon),and they played a synergistic role in the prevention of EHF. |
