实验大白鼠分三组:肝损伤组给予四氧化碳(CCl4);治疗组除给 CCl4外,用肝炎Ⅲ号煎剂灌胃共7日;对照组皮下注射生理盐水,自来水灌胃。结果治疗组与肝损伤组相比,肝小叶损伤区域缩小,肝细胞中脂滴减少,细胞核增大,RNA 及核仁增多,糖原增加,SDH,G-6-Pase 活性增强,粗面内质网恢复平行排列,线粒体形态结构恢复,数量增加。表明肝炎Ⅲ号对肝损伤有修复作用,其机理可能是通过阻止内质网的损伤,促进蛋白质合成及解毒作用,恢复肝细胞的功能;并促进酐细胞再生。 |

This paper presents the histochemical and ultrastructural study of the liver necrosis of rats treated by"Hepatitis No.Ⅲ"decoction which consists of Gardenia jasminoides,Rheum palmatum, Paeonia rubra.The experimental animals were divided into three groups.The liver injury group was medicated with CCl4,the treated group was given"Hepatitis No.Ⅲ"decoction through gastric intubation for seven days besides CCl4,while the control group was administered with hypodermic injecting normal saline and treated with water through gastric intubation only.The result showed that the treated group displayed mild liver damage.In hepatic lobule the necrotic area and the liver cellular fat droplets decreased,while RNA,glycogen increased,nucleole and SDH,G-6-pase activity increased as well,and the rough endoplasmic retieulum recovered to normal range,the mitochondria regained the normal structure and increased in number. According to this observation,it is suggested that the"Hepatitis No.Ⅲ"decoction is able to prevent liver damage.The liver reparative mechanism of the decoction might be that it prevented the damage of endoplasmic reticulum,promoted protein synthesis and detoxication.Hence it recovered the liver function and promoted hepatocellular regeneration. |
